Color: Orange-red blush on a yellow background. Colors easily, even in warmer conditions.
Coloring: 50% to 80% colored.

Flesh: light yellow and crispy
Storage: Store well in normal refrigeration until November. In CA by the end of January. The texture is well preserved with the help of 1-MCP. However, the typical aroma disappears after this period.
Taste
Aroma: Sweet and sour with a pronounced arome.
Acids: Slightly acidic.
Texture: juicy and very crispy

Flowering: Mid-season, slightly susceptible to night frost.
Picking time: four weeks before Golden.
Hardness: 8 - 9 kg/cm²

Tree type: Basal growth with steep branch implants. The tree always makes terminal buds because of this it never comes in rotation.
