Aroma: Sweet and sour with a very pronounced aroma.
Acids: Slightly acidic.
Texture: juicy and very crispy.

Picking time: one week before Golden.

Tree type: Basal growth with flat branch implants. The tree always carries on strong terminal buds and therefore does not easily come into turn year.
